Lisa sits down next to me all nonchalantly, looks at me and says, "Guess what?"
I naturally reply with, "You're pregnant?" as is my reply to most questions.
Her response - "How'd you know?!"

OMG! You're kidding! That is so cool! She/He is going to have such a cool auntie!!!
I really hope that our baby looks as cute as the baby in that picture. (of course, in my biased opinion, my kid will be MUCH cuter than any picture you can provide).

...Through this experience, I have realized that I actually have a lot of really good friends (i.e. "If you need ANYTHING, call me, even if it's 5 in the morning.")
...Also, this is the coolest thing to happen to me ever! Finding out you're going to have a kid is like the First Snow, every Holiday known to man, your 21st birthday, your team winning the Super Bowl and getting a 4.0 all rolled into one. It's ridiculously invigorating.
Congratulations! And thanks for the primer advice....hey, I'm the one ASKING for paint advice, I'm dragging us all into premature old age.

WOW. That is the most exciting thing I've heard this year. That kid is going to have the fuck loved out of him/her.
